Abstract: 

The PLC on Bagger Module #1 has lost its PLC program twice as of 1/31/23 and will not process orders.


Symptom(s): 

The Bagger Module HMI does not fully load all of the buttons and does not communicate with the PLC. The PrintManager Full Line View Will not connect to the Bagger Module and have a red exclamation point in the top right corner that tells more information when the mouse is hovered over it. The RUN LED on the WAGO PLC in the Bagger Module electrical enclosure may be flashing green instead of solid green.


Potential solutions to Communication Errors are:
1. Power Cycle the whole Bagger Module using the Blue switch on the electrical enclosure.

2. Re-download the latest Bagger Module PLC program via WAGO's e!COCKPIT software, and make sure to do the Bootloader option. Then power cycle the whole bagger module.

3. The AutoBagger PS125 will also lose communication with the PLC. On the Machine Setup screen of the Bagger Module HMI, enter the appropriate IP address for the AutoBagger PS125 and clear any other faults to restore connection.
