Over time, customers may experience irregularly long PCC-E connection times (anything longer than a minute is considered irregular). Replacing the Micro SD Card can decrease these connection times to an acceptable level, and eliminate the need to replace the PCC-E. The attached document covers the process of safely removing the PCC-E and replacing the Micro SD Card with one with a new, Pre-Flashed Micro SD Card.
